At Sightglass Coffee, we strive for excellence in every roast, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we offer returns on brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer experience team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number along with a prepaid shipping label for defective or damaged items.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Carefully pack your unused items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our roastery, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
